    The seller scammed me. He shipped it himself from Kingston to Kingston. He lied to eBay saying it was returned from Miami, but the tracking shows it never left Kingston. I already did so by calling the fraud report. If you want to do the same, you can call ReportFraud.ftc.gov or call 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357).
