    The item was just as described. Descriptions and photos from this seller are always detailed , accurate and thorough. The price was great, shipping and packaging were great and the item arrived as scheduled. I missed the window to pick up in the store so would appreciate a wider window to choose pickup versus shipping. Otherwise no complaints. The in-store staff are always very well-informed and have supported items after the sale without hesitation.

    Excellent Seller! Fast shipping and item packaged to protect from damage. Item as described as in auction. I've read several comments about it taking too long to be shipped out. Their description clearly states to give them three business days from time auction ends. So far I haven't had a problem and it is sent FedEx which means I get it very quickly. Plus good price on shipping.

    The dock was shipped in a timely manner as promised. The device was securly packaged to keep the device and cords safe. The dock was in the condition was accurate as described in the listing and photos provided. The item was a great value, but I find that is the case with this seller. I highly recommend this seller and will check back the next time I am looking for a tech item.

    Great shipping price and it was well-protected on the outside... however packaging between it and a laptop it shipped with was flimsy and the screen shattered in transit. It was otherwise exactly as described. To address this problem I was issued a prompt refund for the value of the item, which was greatly appreciated. Another good experience with the GRID. I highly recommend them.

    Great experience with this vendor. Description said the monitor was used—yes, it was out of the original box but it was pristine and clearly had never actually been used (original protective film still present on stand and back). Shipping was fast (shipped ground 3 days after purchase and then 5 or 6 days coast to coast) and priced low. Packaging was effective, with lots of bubble wrap. I’ll definitely check with this vendor first in my next electronics purchase. Thanks!
