    I loved this hat, but it was too big for me. I requested a refund and the whole process was made easy with a return label to print. The refund was received less than a week from my posting back the item via Royal Mail. Just a reasonable amount deducted for postage. Recommend both the item and seller.

    I ordered the hat on eBay on 4 April and was promised delivery between 14-18 April. The product arrived on 15 April without a flaw, exactly the size and color ordered. I am completely satisfied with the fulfilment of the order. The tracking of the parcel was fast and well followed until customs clearance on 9 April, followed by a 5 day black hole. Then the local parcel carrier contacted me and indicated next day delivery.

    Timely arrival, on the costlier side but you get what you pay for as it's higher quality and better condition, packing, etc. than some of the cheaper alternatives I've come across; would definitely consider using seller again
