Watch failed to work the 1st day I wore it. My only choice was to give the seller a negative feedback but the next morning I was contacted and was asked to keep the watch, to receive a refund for my payment and to receive a 20% discount on a future purchase. The proposition seemed satisfiable to me and we agreed on the deal. I recommend doing business with this seller because they promptly resolved my issue as the note in the shipping package stated.
