    Not a good experience buying from this seller. Received a broken bracelet. Seller denied the responsibility and neither the eBay customer service. The bracelet was packed and rolled in a small plastics pouch. Yes, you may not sending me a broken bracelet, but I did received a damaged bracelet due to your poor packaging. I have to pay to fix it on my own. I will not buy from this seller again. In general, buying jewelry from eBay is not a good idea.

    Sorry for your bad experience. But I am excellent on shipping my jewelries. Never had that problem. But this bracelet you bought went to ebay authentication, and they approved and authenticated it and in new condition. So whoever repackage it from the ebay headquarters must have not packaged it well. So its unfair to blame the seller for this matter. Ebay will not approved and authenticated the item if this was seller's fault. Thank you for your purchase and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I love my purchase. It was exactly as described and I got it pretty quickly with tag and packaging was great. Worth what I paid for. I will order from this merchant again. I contacted the merchant several times for questions and they were very kind and answered all of my questions. I must say it is a little bit snug it’s a large but fits like a medium, no fault of the seller it’s just the way RL makes them in a sweater. I’m a large in T-shirt that fits like a medium.
