  Bought impact wrench, it was sent by standard letter post - no tracking. Was contacted by seller saying that the parcel was lost in transit, would I like a refund. I asked how they knew it was lost if it was no tracking. No answer. So I agreed with the refund. Probably won't use this seller again.

  The visor was great and just what I wanted, and the package was wrapped wonderfully , unfortunately the visor didn't fit my AGV K3 helmet( As i have the larger shell size). Seller provided a return label and has refunded me the item cost . Communication was first class. thank you
