Names brands in Title so I assumed I was getting a Harley Badge. When it did not arrive in package and I contacted the seller, I was informed that I should have read full description which told me to specify brand.

Yes as mentioned all details are in the description, no specific charms were requested therefore 6 from the picture were sent as per the description. The heading is to help with searching and doesn't guarantee anything hence why we have a description for each item. It is unfair and sad that we receive negative feedback based on an assumption, as stated, which we can't be responsible for unforunately.
