Regrettable I had to return my purchase but The Mixx 17 customer service department is out of site communication process is clear cut as soon as my return was processed at the U.S.P.S. counter my refund to my credit card was pending it was that fast. Also I was sent a QR code the U.S.P.S scanned it and printed the return postage paid label that was so convenient. The Mixx 17 customer service department is ten stars in my house.
