    I received the goods inconsistent with the description , 2 parts were missing. The seller declared to send the missing parts but so far has not done so. He also stopped responding to my messages. Now there is no contact with him at all. I believe that the seller is not trustworthy. I've got a piece of junk for more than 100 euros.

    It saddens me to say this cause this use to be one of my favourite sellers. Item is far more crude then the pictures suggest, shipped from Nepal instead of S Australia, took ages to send it and they won't communicate on any level, this store is NOTHING like they use to be, their standards have dropped like a lead weight so don't be fooled, I doubt I'll ever buy anything from them ever again

    Took a while to get here but one message fixed that. Seller Responded in under half an hour and the Kukri arrived 2 days later. It's when thing don't go perfectly you learn how good the service is. In this case 5 star It's a really great machete Heavier than I thought, but balanced as I expected it to be The finish is workmanlike rather than perfect and this is great as it gives it a much more original and authentic feel

    The seller offered a great price for the 22 inch singing bowl - there were some scratches on the base, but I guess that's to be expected with a bowl this heavy. The seller was also very helpful with regards to customs requirements for entering the UK. What wasn't so good was the shipping time and the packaging. It took a long time to be dispatched, but once it was dispatched the tracking system was great. This is a very popular addition to my sound therapy practice. Thank you! 🙏
