Over a month now. Multiple emails. Seller lag time/ inconsistent inventory. Only 2 options: Cancel order or modify order. I accepted the modified order with no compensation suggested. Nevertheless, I agreed to the modified order. Once order finally arrived, almost 10% of "original order" damaged. Substitute order survived. Undebatable partial compensation given. They're way or no way. Huge challenge to do business with! Ignored. Delayed. Poor packaging. They could've made it right but didn't.
