I am disappointed in this item because the listing says it’s brand new and in excellent condition; nowhere does it state that it has defects. As you can see from the pictures, the pictures aren’t blurry. The Hallmark logo was printed multiple times, and therefore, multiple crowns are overlapping, and the Hallmark logo is overlapping as well, causing it to look blurry. There are dings in the wood, and I wiped it down thinking it was dusty/dirty, but it’s not; the wood is faded in spots.
