    False Advertising. I ordered 2x Dark Brown as pictured and described. I was sent 2x Reddish Chestnut color Pouffe. Extremely different. Merchant argued that each batch of DB is different!! Told me to return items and offered me completely different items. It is inconvenient and extremely disappointing. Merchant Failed to mention this occurrence in the advertisement. And it is an unlikely difference. It's not even believable. Dark Brown IS NOT Chestnut RED. Immediate loss of trust. Ripped Off.
