    Through no fault of the seller, the shipping was terrible! The package looked someone had stomped on it. The package was crushed and took pictures because my expectations were that the product would be broken. But, by some miracle, the pitcher was without damage! It was just as described in the listing and the pictures. I think because the seller took such care in packaging, that the pitcher was not damaged! It was a good value for the money despite what the shipper did with the package!
