When it eventually arrived, I unpacked it but found that the packing was inadequate for the delicate item. When I fitted the fuser, I found that it would not slide in; it was bent underneath, so I straightened it. Fitted and found it had a fault, reported to seller, reply was its new, I replied it looks new but is faulty, he never replied again!
