She proceeded to take time out to respond back with answers to all of my questions. AND because of such GREAT service, I bought the item right on the spot!     item was not as I interpreted the situation....I assumed the packaging shown with the item was included but it was not. The seller did offer to have me send it back for a refund but I chose not to mess with it (it was not very expensive) so that was on me. Next time I should probably read the listing better and ask if I have any questions.
