  Fantastic Ebay Seller. I received the wrong diary. I contacted them straight away. The problem was resolved immediately with them posting the right diary straight away and asking me to sending the wrong one back with a replied paid number.   Despite being at home, Australian Post were unable to deliver this item! I departed on holiday the next day, and again, Australian Post (although requested to hold the item at my local post office) 'returned the package to sender'. When The Signature Box were informed of this they replied that their warehouse had no record of this returned item and suggested it had been 'lost in transit'. I shall be seeking this item from an alternative supplier.
