    I wanted to sincerely apologise for the delay and provide a quick explanation. We originally intended to send your order via our regular courier, Evri. Unfortunately, they increased their pricing beyond the rates we’d agreed for these heavier items. As each ream weighs nearly 3kg, the shipping costs now exceed the selling price, making it unviable for us to continue offering these through eBay. The listing for these has now ended and we don't sell them any longer

    Terrible service, poor communication. wanted to return or have alternative as ordered in error and received no support. took ages to come as well, marked as dispatched quickly but took a further 10 days.

    You purchased a sign and then, while it was still in transit, you opened a return request and changed your mind about wanting a different one. I tried to stop the delivery, but was informed it would cost me £18 in admin fees to have it returned. Unfortunately, this is an error on your part. When purchasing on eBay, please avoid opening a return request while the item is still in transit. But obviously we are just terrible!
