Prompt delivery, and both the towbar and the electrics were as described. Instructions for both seemed thorough, and the towbar was a straightforward install. Would help if the English instructions had the parts list in English and not French. The electrics also went in easily, other than the final wire which took some deciphering and the instructions here could do with updating. Called the tech support and got it sorted quickly. All in all very happy with it and recommend.

The postage/packaging details are not very obvious. Sold as towbar with 13 pin electrics you'd expect it to be in on box or packaged together, not two different carriers and delivered at different times. The main box was badly damaged and open so I had no idea if the full contents were included! On purchase, I double checked that this was the correct item for my car, it confirmed YES. It isn't, as my bumper the 'wrong style' and needed 'modification' to accept the swan neck.
