    Item is Exactly as shown and described. Packaging was okay, the hanger came through the box on the corner, but was undamaged. USPS took forever to deliver it after they sent it to the wrong facility, which isn’t the sellers fault at all.

    This was sold as new out of box. The picture of the item looked like new and had the mounting clips. What I received is used and dose not have the mounting clips. Contacted the seller twice and still no reply. As you can see the conection is burnt

    im sorry your not happy with your purchase. the item sent to you was new as described with no missing parts.the parts that you claim to be missing are stickers. we have them in most of our photos. also we did respond to your messages..
