  I would rate this seller a 10 star if I could. I ordered from them, they shipped it out very quickly. 13 days later, UPS still hadn’t updated anything, and kept moving the delivery date farther ahead. That was now 18 days ago, and they’re still not admitting they lost it. However, I contacted the seller, and they offered a refund or replacement. They shipped out the replacement as fast as they could, with USPS this time (good move) and I got it in excellent condition. Highly recommend. Thanks!

  I received my order very quickly and very well packaged. They were in great condition and the quality is beautiful. I was really happy with the price and they looked great.   alas... the shipment must have experienced freezing temps. it arrived looking like cooked spinach! this is a problem shipping during winter months. seller was responsive. issued a quick and full refund showing their professionalism and responsible nature... kudos to the valley nursery. when the weather is warmer i will order from this seller again. thank you and sorry for the lost revenue.
