Thankfully the seller was on top of this and although he thought he’d worked out which neighbour had received it, it wasn’t quite a match to the photo, and after we’d both checked all the obvious local alternatives he dispatched another which arrived next day. Great customer service when it wasn’t the sellers fault - I hope he gets compensation from Royal Mail!
