Royal Mail gleefully logged a photo of the items going through someone else’s letterbox! Thankfully the seller was on top of this and although he thought he’d worked out which neighbour had received it, it wasn’t quite a match to the photo, and after we’d both checked all the obvious local alternatives he dispatched another which arrived next day. Great customer service when it wasn’t the sellers fault - I hope he gets compensation from Royal Mail!
