Whilst I believe this was partly due to mishandling of the postal service, I contacted the seller who offered me a refund for the item but I still haven’t received anything. A full refund was processed but due to an error, on our side the customer was not refund. We have now refunded the customer in full. We belive in giving great service and good comunication and this time we clearly fell short. We have put in processes to ensure this does not happen again.
