They cancelled my order, said they 'couldn't send it by post' yet the item is still listed to be postally sent, but £7 or so more expensive now - so could they not send it or did they have it listed at too low a price?? I would reckon if they could not send it then the listing would be removed, not made more expensive. Took 3 days to issue a refund after demanding via several emails that I respond to their emails - what is there to respond to? You won't send it - refund me and cancel the order!
