I asked questions about the product that were not in the description before I bought it and they still have not responded. Product was good, just communication was nonexistent.     Cory was top notch to work with. The part we received was unusable (an axle) because of the way it was removed. I immediately made Cory aware and he responded that he would try to take care of it and replace it. After a week and timely responses, a replacement was not found and he immediately refunded us. In my opinion, this is exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this seller.

    very good communication with the seller very available to answer questions. The whole thing is well made and appears to be of quality. send quickly with DHL. The package is very well made but still damaged in transport, but the part is not damaged. Be careful of the additional costs, I paid 20% VAT and 184 euros in customs fees to DHL which does not give gifts!!! thanks for all
