  Purchased this radio knowing that it is has issues with the speaker. Received unit and it was in very good condition as seller described, but speaker was bad. installed new speaker and now works great. Seller reached out to me and apologized about unit and stated they just turned it on to make sure it worked but didn’t thoroughly test it. Seller gave refund for amount of replacement speaker even though I said it was not necessary. Overall an excellent experience with seller. 5 out of 5 review.

  The seller was very friendly and gracious. It was a new and unopened box. Unfortunately the item was defective but the seller agreed to refund the full amount including my postage fee. Im grateful for his honesty and will try to purchase from him again. Thank you for your great customer service.
