    Smooth transaction, rapid shipping, good communication. Even though the shipping costs are exorbitant ($42.85! to ship 6 teacups?!) their willingness to negotiate a reasonable selling price made the total purchase price acceptable. However, the quality of Royal Doulton, and the condition of these 6 teacups was exceptional. Packaging was okay with sufficient padding but the cups were not secured well in their individual wrapping. But they arrived undamaged anyway. Shipping charges! ouch!
