  Unfortunately, the item was damaged during delivery. Not really the seller’s fault. The seller immediately responded to my email, apologized, and gave me a complete refund. Sometimes items get damaged during shipping; it was just an unfortunate coincidence. But I am very impressed and happy how the seller handled everything so efficiently and promptly.
