I advised them i wanted a full refund and they instructed me to pay for the return postage. When I explained it was their cost to return it they ceased all communication. I lodged a complaint with ebay and I got a full refund from ebay directly, the supplier was not interested. Avoid this seller, choose someone else, they are not good to deal with if you have issues
