  This product is fantastic. High quality. Works really well. The package was dropped off at the incorrect address but the Seller was in contact with me almost straight away to inform where it was.   Lots communication quickly unfortunately misunderstanding with purchasing a kayak lifter in advertisement and receiving a bike lifter led to a partial refund because no straps / webbing supplied to cradle the kayak in the bike lifter supplied
