  This product is fantastic. High quality. Works really well. The package was dropped off at the incorrect address but the Seller was in contact with me almost straight away to inform where it was. No fault of the seller, maybe the address label could have been larger. It was fairly small and hard to read. It was personally delivered to me a couple of hours later. Fantastic. Thanks.

  Lots communication quickly unfortunately misunderstanding with purchasing a kayak lifter in advertisement and receiving a bike lifter led to a partial refund because no straps / webbing supplied to cradle the kayak in the bike lifter supplied
