  Very happy with the service and the Air Humidifier turned up quicker than expected. Unfortunately, the water reservoir was damaged in transit. I contacted tiantshop4 with pics of the damage and the packaging, and they replied straight away and without hesitation offered to replace the Air Humidifier. Great follow up and service, would highly recommend :)

  Item sent was clearly used, with missing packaging (item arrived in bubble wrap), no Aux cable and instructions as advertised. Standing plate had holes drilled which further showed it was previously returned and tried to pawn off to another buyer. Reached out to the seller to rectify with a new packaged mode however was constantly asked to provide evidence of what was missing - not interested in rectifying what they had done.
