  Very happy with the service and the Air Humidifier turned up quicker than expected. Unfortunately, the water reservoir was damaged in transit. I contacted tiantshop4 with pics of the damage and the packaging, and they replied straight away and without hesitation offered to replace the Air Humidifier.   good product, arrival time and price fine, BUT sack the delivery guy, parcel was dropped on the ground by the letter box. as seen by neighbour. P,S. I have a parcel box on my front porch, never had a problem before.
