Unfortunately, the subwoofer would not sync up to my sound bar as I just simply need to replace the unit.   The materials did have to be taken out of the box for the photos, but everything was in original wrapping with even the recipe book intact. For the price I saw it as, it was worth it for the item to be in new condition. Shipping was fast, it arrived quickly and with no fuss on delivery. I can't wait to start baking with this!

  Great seller and shipped fast. Product as described and good value. Should have used more protection in the box. FedEx roughed up the box and damaged the product. My bad for purchasing a non returnable item. Seller offered compensation, but I blame FedEx.
