    Not a good experience. Item was marked as shipped with no tracking only to be shipped with tracking 3 days after it was supposed to be shipped. Quite a few keys on the keyboard weren't working which there was no mention of in the listing. Item was packaged very poorly. I won't be buying from them again and would advise shopping elsewhere.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SELLER. THEY PROVIDED FAKE TRACKING THAT WENT TO ANOTHER STATE AND WAS 1 OZ. I REACHED OUT AND THEY ASSURED ME THEYD RESHIP IT (doesn’t make sense since it was an old used laptop???) AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER MAKE TRACKING THAT WENT TO ANOTHER STATE . I had to reach out to eBay 3 weeks later to get a refund. Lost tons of time for no reason. Also reported seller but could’ve been their first strike or something. I wish they would be banned because this seller is full of BS.
