Package says plug rotates, but plug on unit did not rotate. This resulted in the unit being upside down. Vendor claimed plug was not supposed to rotate, even though the included instructions said it would. Check the picture.

Seller promised to give a refund after product would not stay together and could not possibly be played with as a toy. In order to get a refund I was told I needed to give feedback that was positive for the two items that were defective.
