Terrible people to deal with, crocs arrived & sent them on as a christmas present but on arrival problems with the strap made them useless. Tried to get new ones sent but no, not unless I got my daughter to return the useless ones first, I told her to cut the very short strap so that she could still maybe use them, but then I couln't return them. Finally after 6 weeks of stuffing me around I was given a refund. Terrible people.
