I ordered a mass air flow sensor for a 1996 Mustang gt from this seller. The item was listed to be in New condition. once I received the item I plugged it into my car just to find out that it was faulty right out of the box so I contacted the seller immediately to inform them. They message saying no return for buyers mistake but yet it was them that sold me a non working sensor. Avoid this seller because you might be the next person they rip off. With my experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had one problem, not with the item,with delivery. Please add to your listing you ship by fed ex. I thought you used usps since you don't exclude p.o. box deliveries. But fed ex claimed they could not find delivery adress,which was my p.o. box at local post office. So i had to open a fed ex acct. Change ship to adress to my local cvs who has a fed ex box service. Delayed my utem three days.but i got em,great price,quality,fit perfect, thanks!

Seller misrepresented this item as gray in color in their ad. They confirmed in an email that it was gray in color before I purchased it. The item arrived quickly, but it was not gray, it was black. Post-purchase communication from seller was a little confusing and not helpful. Eventually, Seller gave a full refund to settle the matter. The Seller was not dishonest, but dealt poorly with my initial inquiry about the color and initially offered poor customer service. Satisfactory conclusion.
