    In the description it stated I would receive a scentsy buddy and 2 scent packs. I didn’t receive the scent pack and I asked if he would at least send me one as I’m a consultant and EVERY scentsy buddy is sold with one scent pack and he said he didn’t write the description and he wouldn’t do that. He told me to return the item but I can’t it’s a gift. Very rude and poor customer service skills and no empathy for the fact that he promised one thing and sold me another. Stay away from liars.

    I apologized for my mistake in the discription and offered a free return. The buyer was very rude and didn't want to correct the situation instead just wanted to make a point. Once again I am sorry feel free to return it.
