  Disgusting service. Seller sent incorrect size, returned via official returns process and the seller claims the envelope was empty when they received it. Come on guys, it’s a £5.95 item.   Ordered size 11. They sent size 10. How basic is that? No apology. Just asked me to return it. Looking at how many customers returned theirs and were told the package was empty, I didn’t bother. I wouldn’t use this seller again. 👎

  Seller is stupid. Sent wrong size. Measured by their guide and the number on the ring. Was told the size number stamped on the ring didn't mean the size of the ring! When refund was requested they wouldn't just do it. They got ebay to get involved. Finally got refund.
