  I would like more sellers to be like this one. Responds quickly, and is responsive. Easy to work with. Item as described and expected. A slight hiccup in the tracking turned out to be a welcome surprise in my favor and seller was more than pleasant in the resolution. I have had some bad experiences with a few sellers in the past; THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE.   This was my fault, these were outdated ink cartridges, my printer would not accept them. Seller said he would give me full refund, however, eBay needed pictures that I could not get either uploaded or downloaded, so just keeping the product and throwing it away. Product got here earlier than expected and seller was accommodating, no problem with seller, just the product.
