    The order was processed and shipped promptly, the items were as described by the seller and the package was received during the expected timeline. It appeared to be packaged very well until I reached the last of the 6 dinner plates that I ordered. The very last one on the bottom was broken in multiple pieces. I immediately contacted the seller who promptly responded with the option of returning the entire order or receiving a partial refund. I opted for the refund, received it quickly.
