The Makita Multi Tool, is as described and well packaged, 10/10 for speed of postage. I have a complaint and I believe eBay should enforce for new product be sold in Australia, should state no warranty. When I went to register the Makita for warranty, I was told it was a USA product will have NOT warranty at all, this applies to all countries products sold in Oz. T.G.M, quickly responded to my question and offered a refund. I have decided not to return it and to keep it and risk the reliability.

In some ways I understand your issue. On another the information was all there whether you took the time to read it or not. We don’t advertise Australian warranty. We do outline the warranty provisions in the terms tab of the listing. Also provide a 30 day return period if not totally satisfied unlike other sellers who do not support returns at all. This multitool is identical to the “Australian” model made in the same factory. We’ve sold hundreds with NOT ONE warranty claim. Reliable& genuine.
