They sent 6 days after ordering - so no excuse there. Literally started a return on receiving item - 30 minutes and back in post to them. (Which I had to pay) No action on a refund. Finally opened an eBay case to get refund supplied. Ordered correct item and no issues with product itself when it arrived.
