One of my worst eBay experiences. Accidentally ordered wrong item. Immediately attempted to Cancel order. No action. Tried to contact Seller - no reply. They sent 6 days after ordering - so no excuse there. Literally started a return on receiving item - 30 minutes and back in post to them. (Which I had to pay) No action on a refund. Finally opened an eBay case to get refund supplied.
