  I received a faulty item at first that did not work. I contacted the seller and explain the issue with the product. The seller has agreed to send me a replacement and that product worked fine. I am happy with the way this seller conducted the transaction and how quickly he was able to send me a replacement.   Good service and delivered promptly. However, tool would not do the job. About 10mm of stud available to grip but this tool would not grip it and so would not remove the broken stud. Item description could have made this point. Seller was prepared to take the tool back and refund but return postage (which was not covered by eBay plus) would cost me too much and it would be better for me to sell it on.
