I sent a message to the seller, asking if syringes came with these ink, their reply, 'yes, they all come in the box'. Delivery came and this had only 1 syringe, I message to say that they forgot to mention only 1, their answer, 'Didn't know as not opened the box, when use them, it has 4'. Then stated, to be fair, picture only shows 1. Not even a mention of an apology, only to say 'apology for me not checking the photo'. Why would I, I sent a message asking if syringes and yes I used the plural.

I ordered 16 per the listing & requested more Optimus transformers. Seller said sure & but I received them only got 12 toppers.
& when I messaged, he told me abruptly to have commonsense that if I have asked for Optimus transformer that will reduce the toppers. Seller should have informed me at time of printing that it will affect the quantity. I will receive. As I would have juts gone for 16 mixed transformer toppers.
Instead of apologising I was accused & told 2 pay for 6 more. Very RUDE

You were advised that as it was a custom order you were ordering I couldn't guarantee you would get 16. Now your complaining that I suggested that you would need to buy another set.......... Nobody accused you of anything, it's you who sent 20+ messags in the space of 10 minutes calling me this and that.
