  Seller has been good to communicate with. Item was not the same as the one picture and was so weak it wasn't capable of doing what it was designed for. I don't mind being sold poor quality things, but not throwaway items. That's just a waste of everybody's time and the environment. I am grateful the seller was communicative but feel that first offering 30% refund on a low value item that is expensive to post, is a bit of game-play. Thank you for the 70% settlement.
