  The phone came in a shrink-wrapped box, which I think was the original box. It was an open-box item, so that was a nice touch. Everything was in the box, and the phone was in excellent condition just as advertised. Seller shipped promptly and was very communicative. I will definitely purchase again from this seller.

  Awesome Seller! Went out of his way to answer my many questions. Very helpful as this was for my 86 year mom. Kept in touch during shipping as post office is a hot mess and didn’t show my package for almost a week! Offered to send another. I said no we’ll wait a bit more.
