    As a buyer, top notch wholesale was a new seller for me. Communication was good, receipt of item was good, and competitive pricing was good. Recommendation: Improve packaging - understand that handling is harsh and as a result the package was in very poor condition when received. Placing the item in thinly wrapped bubble packaging is not prudent in relation to the handling of the mail carriers. Luckily, the item itself was not damaged. Improved packaging is required for future sales.
